Chain Sawing

Versatility and no overcuts

Chain sawing is a method used for a variety of applications, one being the precision cutting of openings without overcuts. Hydraulic & gas powered concrete-specific chain saws of various lengths can do things circular blades cannot; as their cutting area is flat and consistent. Most applications that use chainsaws in concrete cutting are scupper drains & plunge cuts up to 20-inches deep.

Also consider the challenge of cutting a curved surface such as a large pipe. Chain sawing can also come in handy for this, as well as situations where an odd-shaped or hard to access area needs cutting.
